Privacy Policy
This policy describes the static launch edition of this independent publication as prepared on 12 October 2026. It covers the website's implemented features. Hosting providers and external destinations may process information separately under their own policies.
Information collected by the website
The launch edition does not include account registration, a newsletter form, comments, an active contact form, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts. It does not ask visitors to submit personal information. Journal search and category filtering run in the browser and do not send search terms to a server through this site's code.
The contact draft tool copies text to the clipboard only when a visitor presses the copy button. It does not transmit an enquiry. The visitor decides whether to edit or send that text in another application.
Hosting and connection records
A hosting provider may process connection information such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser headers, and error records when serving the website. The provider's collection and retention depend on the operator's hosting arrangements, which have not been supplied in this launch package.
The operator should identify the deployed host and its applicable practices before making a more specific statement about server logs or retention. This policy does not claim that browsing produces no technical records outside the static site code.
Cookies and browser storage
The launch edition's code does not set cookies or use persistent browser storage. Search choices and navigation state are held temporarily in the current page. A hosting layer may have separate technical behavior. If the operator later adds analytics, advertising, account features, or embedded services, this policy must be updated and any required consent mechanism implemented.
Images, fonts and external links
Images, CSS, JavaScript, and the favicon are served as local website assets. The design uses system fonts and does not fetch fonts from a third-party service. Articles contain links to external resources, but no embedded social feed or externally hosted video player is included.
Following an external link takes you to a separate service. That destination may receive connection information and apply its own cookies or data practices. Read its policy before submitting personal information there. The publication does not control those services.
Enquiries and rights
No verified public contact address has been configured. The Contact page describes the current limitation. If you communicate with the operator through a separate channel, that channel has its own handling and retention practices; this website does not define them.
Applicable privacy rights depend on the relevant law, controller, and processing activity. This policy does not invent an operator identity, a jurisdiction, or a response procedure that has not been established. The operator must add accurate contact and controller details where required before public deployment.
Changes
Update this policy when implemented features or hosting practices change. Display a revised date and explain material changes in clear terms. Adding a service without reflecting its behavior here would make the policy inaccurate.
